• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
• Assisting the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

• Will graduate in 2023.

• Ability to solve problems and be organize in your thinking and approach to work.
• Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
• A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Available for minimum 3 months internship, at least 4 days per week.

• Public and advertise ASC's openings through online communities.
• Find out and recommend outstanding graduates.
• Support and plan for campus recruiting event.
• Provide feedback and analysis on campus event.

• ¥1000 per successful referral, 10 days after official on aboard.  
• Additional ¥2000 once the candidate passed probationary period.
• Interview skills training /HR one-on-one guidance/internship offer, etc.
• Better understand searching and hiring.
• Working from campus, flexible working hours.
